Education is the catalyst for change. Although slavery ended over 600 years ago, the Black/African American community is still sufferring from the residual effects on an economic and social scale. Access to free undergraduate education, upon successful completion of a course in Black history/culture, would help our community to develop better relations with and a stronger connection to the country we helped build.
