To provide up $150.00 worth of food stamps to all working families making $36,000 or less a year.

There are plenty of single parent families that make $36,000 or less a year. Yet, are unable to receive any food assistance to feed their children. Based on the cost of food, housing, gas and energy rates rising it makes economical sense to raise the salary rate to get some services for these citizens. These families should be eligible to receive $150 in food stamps to help them. There should be a cut off limit of five years total for families to receive this help. The five years should be for a life time in accumulation and not one time event. The food stamp assistance should not be based solely on the family size.
