Provide accountability in the United States government that has been missing in every administration since Watergate

Various examples of a lack of accountability and punishment of government employees in the United States government has been increasingly demonstrated to the American people for the past 20 years, past examples: failure to kill Osama Bin Laden (multiple times), failure to prevent 9/11, failure (or flat out lie) to provide former President Bush, congress, and the American people with correct intelligence regarding weapons of mass destruction and Saddam Hussien (caused the deaths of thousands of Americans and started a civil war in a stable country). Recent examples: American military actions against Gaddafi, and most importantly the intelligence fluke and administration cover up of the coordinated assault on the American embassy in Benghazi! All I am asking is punishment for mistakes!
