Training disaster personnel to understand and have a practical knowledge of the damaged appliances, their composition, and their prices in the different areas that the flooding or disaster occurs in. I fought for weeks to try to educate them to a split system AC /furnance appliance
and because they did not have knowledge of that, they would not help with the repair or replacement. These people need to have on the site training, not just sit in an office and pass judgement.
