provide aged-out Foster Care children with scholarships to continue their education

Created by T.H. on April 26, 2013

It is no child's fault that they have become apart of the foster care system that continues to grow in America. Many of you may not know, but American adoptions from the foster care system are very expensive, time consuming, and emotionally draining. Children in the foster care system go their whole lives never feeling LOVED the way they deserve to be; and though the government provides funds to clothe and feed children in the foster care system, many foster families keep those funds for their own gain instead of ensuring that the said child in foster care receives the funds that are rightfully theirs. Because of the whacked out foster care system, children in the system carry a constant worry with them that they will age-out of the system and be left with nothing...which is true
