All people living in the United States today should be provided with a path to US citizenship. Each individual should be required to provide some kind of service as part of this path. This could be military service or some other alternative. All of the individuals should be given documentation that allows them to continue working legally and to attend US schools. Recognize that the greatness of this country is based in part by the contributions immigrants have made in the past. Going forward, reform the immigration laws to make it easier for immigrants to enter the country legally and to have similar methods to obtain citizenship.
