Americans, as well as other people on Earth, need to know what (secret) agreements their government, military branches, and other agencies have with one or more Extraterrestrial species visiting and/or residing on (or in) Earth. For starters, provide: 1. All previous and current agreements. 2. All associated budgets, including unreported Black. 3. All locations on Earth receiving funding from said budgets. 4. All funded locations on Earth where Extraterrestrials lifeforms have visited, have access to visit, and/or have or do reside for any period of time. 5. All funded locations on Earth where Extraterrestrial technology exists, including transportation systems/vehicles used within such locations and/or for travel to and from such locations or beyond, including intra/intergalatic travel.
