President Obama's re-electetion was not solely based on his tax proposals, their were a number of other issues that were addressed during his campaigning that gained him the public support needed to take office for a second term. And if Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid feels this is the only reason President Obama won re-election, than Mr Reid is not in touch with the American public or the crisis that the American people face with a recession or tax hike.
Both Congress and the President need to present the American voters with a finished copy of the proposed tax cuts, hikes, budget cuts, allow the voters to voice their concerns and allow the voters to vote on the specific issues regarding the tax agenda and looming fiscal cliff.
Let's not forget 'taxation without representation'
