We need to respond to the humanitarian crisis in Syria caused by the use of chemical weapons. However, escalating the conflict with an attack on Syria is not the only option. By providing antidote and information about how to survive a chemical weapons attack, we can save lives in Syria instead of endangering lives and escalating the conflict with a violent response. Doing nothing is not acceptable, but there are multiple options. We also need to continue to provide humanitarian aid to refugees and people within Syria.
