After the horrific tragedy in Netwtown, CT it is apparent that we need to address the safety of our nations children. If we put 1 armed guard (plain clothes) with a service dog, or 2 armed guards (plain clothes) at the entrances of every school in the US it would defer anyone from entering a school to harm our innocent children or the teachers devoting their lives to the children.
Not only would this help to ensure the children's safety but it will also create approximately 98,000 to 196,000 jobs depending on having 1 or 2 guards at the schools. This would be a great opportunity for veterans coming home to continue serving their oath to protect against foreign and DOMESTIC terrorism.
The budget for this would have to be taken from the peoples taxes and/or a fee charged by the school.
