provide assisted living & housing for the disabled who are between the ages of 21 & 64. There seems to be a loop-hole.

THis petition is to have housing and or Assisted living facilities available to those who are disabled and between the ages of 21 and 64. There seems to be a big loop hole in the availability of places for such people to live. I myself am one. I am 29 on disabled...I want to live on my own but its not the safest...Yet there are only places for people who are mentally disabled or Seniors 65 & older. If legislation is passed on this issue, think how the quality of life would change not only for caregivers, but how having independence would make the disabled feel!!! Let's Get this done..!
