Provide attorney in Civil Matters In Federal Court, poor injured citizens in Class-Action/Complex matters-Constitution

There are many citizens most Black Women and Children who are injured based on their income, gender, race, and disability. The Federal Court refuses to appoint a lawyer to case #11:-CV-01187-MMA-RBB in San Diego. Las Angeles established assistance to protect the 14th Amendment of all citizens. If one Court member protect the 14th Amendment, all should when the act violates human rights, civil rights, and a class-action injury.

The president should assure that all Federal Court appointments are non-bias, operate the courts so that employees do not participate in Civil Rights, human rights, and Constitutional rights violations because the employees refuse to appoint an attorney because of his/or racial bias against Black women and children in America..
