To provide ballot machines to those who serve in our military to vote when deployed over seas. Every vote should count

This petition was made for the people that serve in the military that were not able to cast their vote in this past 2012 election. Many soldiers over seas in the Middle East were not provided ballot machines to cast their vote. They too should have the right to have their vote counted. Also possibly have their votes counted as so many electoral votes.
