provide better Rights for Grandparents in the United States of America. We are the voices for our Grandchildren.

Created by C.H. on October 26, 2011

We would like to see Grandparent's Rights not only the same in each state, but the laws stronger and more concise. If we didn't love our Grandchildren as we did, we wouldn't petition the court to see them. I would like to see our rights just as important as the rights of the parents in the case of seperation and divorce. I would like to see my Grandchildren every other weekend, and on shared holidays and Birthdays. Further more, i would like to see the children more involved in this visitation with their Grandparents. It is amazing how many Grandparents must walk on egg-shells or be black-mailed for money or other material items, while their children dangle their Grandchildren over their heads. Hurting the Grandchildren like this should be punishable.
