Provide citizens with the ability to recall Congressional representatives

In the wake of the fiscal cliff negotiation disaster, as a citizen I want the right to recall my Congressional representatives. The latest "do-nothing" Congress, with their infighting, power tripping, and uncompromising attitude is disgraceful. It is time for citizens to demand that the people we elect, and pay to represent us be accountable for bad behavior. Like the rest of us, representatives need to be "at will" employees. If our employees are incapable of performing well, or respecting co-workers, or advancing the people's agenda, then they should be fired. Congressional members should not be allowed to vote on this issue, or whether or not they get a pay raise. Those decisions need to be based on performance and placed in the hands of the citizens in each state.
