We require a specific statement from the White House regarding what efforts will be taken and when, in support of a proposal for a Constitutional Amendment called “Fiscal Responsibility Amendment” at www.usann.us/Fiscal_Responsibility.html and explained on that site, to restructure, through personal motivations while avoiding micro-management and rigidity, what have become the standard practices of Congressional budgeting such that budget work can be expected to almost always be on time and in balance, including paying interest and at least part of any then-current national debt, or a statement of why such support is not and will not be provided.
The proposal guides members of Congress to make sound economic decisions by way of what might be characterized as a performance contract.
