Americans need a single payer system like Expanded and Improve Medicare for All. The Affordable Care ACT that depends on a private for-profit system will fail and the delay in passing a "Medicare for All" system will continue to allow 100,000 people to die needlessly every year. Under the ACA many will go bankrupt if they get a serious health problem. This ACA cannot deal with the rising cost of health care, which must be dealt with now. Only a single payer system can save Medicare. A Single Payer system like Enhanced and Improved Medicare for All will solve our Medicaid problems and it is also a job stimulus to Improve our economy.
