Provide constitutional and tolerance training for those asking to deport others exercising their right to sign petitions

Only in communist countries do you find elements that would suggest or desire banishment of others with whom they disagree or who might express an unpopular opinion. The left often claims the moral high ground in tolerance. But more often than not, instead of engaging in thoughtful conversation, they shout down or push for something dopey and punitive such as deportation or banishment. Perhaps it is time for those comrades to get a good dose of civics, constitutional education and tolerance. Finally, any seceding state asked to pay its "fair" share of the national debt upon exit from the union should have that share weighted by the amount of taxes its constituents pay versus the amount returned by the federal government to that state. I believe Texas is actually owed money!
