Currently deployed service members and civilians must subscribe to an outrageously priced and unreliable ISP.
We petition that deployed personnel be provided with free, or at least a minimal cost, fast and reliable internet access.
$90 a month for barely being able to skype is absolutely absurd, the company holding a monopoly on this service needs to be investigated and dealt with accordingly. Our service members do far to much for our country to be forced to subscribe to this service in order to connect with family back home.
