provide a dept. for citizens to be heard concerning being denied the right to own firearms in their background check.

This is a petition for American citizens who have been denied the precious freedom of owning a firearm because of a technicality in their past that was not criminal, but was determined by the opinion of a person that is not reachable to make an appeal. The BATF and FBI says there is no department one can appeal to as there is none that is in operation due to no financial provision. The lack of being able to appeal such a wrongful determination thus violates innocent and law-abiding citizens' constitutional right which should be guaranteed by the government of the United States of America.
