Our country is facing a devastating shortage of one of our most precious resources: Velveeta. This tragedy will be felt by millions of Americans as they search for alternative cheese-ish products in this, the most crucial time of year.
We the people urge the administration to provide emergency funding and FEMA resources for the Kraft Foods Corporation to supply all Americans with the oil based cheese product they need. If we do not act now, the economic impact on snack and macaroni based organizations would be catastrophic. We petition a government committee overseeing our cheese security should be created to prevent this from happening again.
