This act would provide for the individual taxpayer to deduct from their income the amount of wages paid to any individuals providing a service or assistance to the taxpayer. Such employment shall be of a legal nature and not be limited to any specific occupation or service. The individuals providing the service or work shall be legal residents presently residing in the USA. The individual taxpayer shall determine what services or work he/she finds needful and or necessary.
The commissioner of the IRS shall prepare the necessary forms for the taxpayer to document wages paid in a simple format.
This act provides an incentive to the taxpayer to hire and or employ individuals in their community providing economic options to individuals residing in their community.
