Provide employment for persons who are no longer attractive, physically limited (but not yet declared disabled). We are suffering in the shadows and are forgotten and ignored. We are unable to maintain good and stable employment. Employers are only hiring thin, attractive, highly energetic, hypocrites. Lets support and encourage the people who are past 30 and don't have anything to look forward to every morning when we look in the mirror. We don't have jobs, we're getting fired, no one wants to hire us and our present/near future seems very dismal.
