The Department of Homeland Security has recently advised citizens to use scissor as a means of protection from attackers. To ensure the safety of Embassy personnel all over the world, we present this petition requesting that all embassies be fully stocked with enough scissors to counter an attack. We do not wish to see a repeat of the attack in Benghazi, which may have been thwarted had embassy personnel had enough scissors. Thank you.
