Provide government subsidies, without regard to personnel income level, to wounded veterans to allow them medical care at any facility used by any other ACA patient, not just VA hospitals; to include rehabilitation, mental health, prosthesis, and normal healthcare. These soldiers have given more than enough to this country and do not need to go on TV and beg for money through a private Wounded Warrior or any other program, nor only be allowed free healthcare only from the VA.
