Provide equal rights and benefits for all Service Animals including but not limited to Emotional Support Animals.

The Obama administration should allow equal rights in all aspects for ANY Service Animal. It makes no sense that the only Service animal allowed full protection under law is the Service Dog. An Emotional Support Animal however, is only granted free housing regardless of policy. The Fair Housing Act speaks about humans enjoying their life due to allowing their ESA to live in the dwelling regardless. However, many are still suffering because they still can't take their assistance animal into Walmart to do some grocery shopping. So rather than face the chaos alone, they go hungry. They would much rather starve than break down in the crowded store without their special friend to comfort them. They can't enjoy life like three rest of the world because they can't always have their anchor.
