Often specific exemptions are created either through executive order or in legislation which create favored treatment for businesses, corporations, or religious organizations which allow for those entities to avoid taxes (such as the application of the Health Care Law) where average citizens are held accountable. This is patently unfair!
All taxes should be applied equally!
