The introduction of a pony distribution program that provides a free pony to each American household would positively affect the US economy in such ways that we may potentially see the largest economic growth in the past 50 years by:
-creating jobs; with so many ponies being circulated throughout the US there will be great need for things such as staff for the actual pony distribution, more crop production to feed the ponies, and many other pony-related industries.
-creating natural gas and fertilizer; by harnessing the gas and manure of these animals we could potentially revolutionize the way we power our automobiles and grow our produce.
-reducing the need for foreign oil; with every family owning a pony the need to use gas powered automobiles would dwindle.
