My case concerns my Grandfathers probate, the late Dr. James Lawder Gamble from the Proctor and Gamble company. US Trusts holds my grandfathers probate and they have not attempted to identify us as heirs. My father was raised by Dr. Gamble and we have plenty of evidence to support our claim to inheritence. We recently discovered that Dr. Gamble had an affair with my grandmother which produced my father. I have written to Governor Bakers office and others in the Massachusetts government asking that they uphold Massachusetts probate law which requires a trust company to make an effort to indentify possible heirs. I am asking that someone in government put pressure on US Trusts and require them to do their job which is to identify heirs. Some very powerful Gamble family members are involved.
