Provide evidence of Russia hacking the 2016 election

Dear President Obama, You have been frequently asserting the Russians hacked the 2016 presidential election, infering Donald J Trump is not the legitimate victor in the election. You are also risking American lives by threatening cyber attacks on, and damaging relations with Russia through sanctions. Please provide proof the election was hacked, or discontinue telling the American people the election was not compromised.
