With the number of special needs students increasing within the nation, the federal government should step in and assist with the education for these students, by adding additional therapists, teachers, nursing staff, and qualified aides. A smaller student to teacher ratio is what these special students need to reach their full potential.
A statute that would create centers that meet the full needs of these special needs students is needed to see that a quality education as well as necessary care is provided because they are disabled , doesn't mean that they deserve lesser treatment.
