We want the government to explain why "chemtrails" exist, what their purpose is, if these have been studied, why we are being sprayed without our consent, potential health affects, potential environmental impacts, and long term planning.
Chemtrails are artificial and differ from contrails. They create dense cloud cover when no prior cloud cover existed. As a species we have proven that we cannot alter our environment without causing collateral damage. Please explain why this work is being done without our consent.
