Provide fair employment for every American citizen.

We petition the Obama Administration to implement laws to provide those who hold american citizenship with fair employment. We believe these laws should consist of:
Make it lawfully mandatory for all employers to give an interview after an application for employment. If a person is denied employment, they must be told, in interview, by certified letter or over the phone and why. Applicants should also be allowed by lawto inquire about the names of companies and/or those who have provided negative or false references in order to defame the applicant. Laws put in place to prevent companies from outsourcing our jobs to third world countries. Lastly, laws requiring that company employment policies and reports must be reviewed by the government to enforce ethical treatment of those employed.
