As most of us know the Chicago Spire was going to be completed at the end of 2010, but unfortunately they started construction just before the economic collapse in 2008 leaving the project on hold until further notice. The Chicago Spire was going to be 2,000 feet tall 150 stories and be one of the tallest buildings in the world.
