The firearms & accessory industry is one of the few manufacturing industries which has seen considerable growth in over the past several years. States such as Colorado are passing restrictive ant-firearms legislation such as HB13-1224 pushing out manufacturing companies such as Magpul Industries and others causing a loss of jobs and income for the states. West Virginia has a proud tradition of job creation for the benefit of the United States with jobs in the energy sectors and manufacturing. The people of West Virginia want to open our state to those companies who are being forced out of others due to restrictive legislation. We ask that the Obama Administration provide Federal Tax Incentives for any firearms or firearms accessory manufacturing company who relocates to West Virginia.
