In the growing and ever imperative field of aviation, lay the future of the American economy. Pilots rapidly and efficiently bring mail, foodstuffs, and general cargo from point A to point B, but the number of American pilots is on the decline. Without the education of civilian pilots in the United States, our economy will suffer a significant decline in the next ten to twenty years. Aviation is an expensive field for a person of any economic standing, but especially for up and coming student pilots. We propose that the U.S. government provide modest financial aid packages for individuals on the path towards a career in the aviation industry.
