International corporations (American included) have, for years, provided billions of dollars to China for manufacturing. This has encouraged irresponsible growth of both the Chinese infrastructure and military. China has failed to control pollution due to growth, and has irresponsibly used their military growth to threaten neighbors and international peace (most recently in the South China Sea). This petition requests that the White House look at a means of limiting China's financial capabilities by encouraging American production companies to do business with other, feasible countries through financial tax incentives. Companies failing to comply would be subject to increased tariffs on imports to the US from their Chinese manufacturers.
