it has came to the attention of the masses that welfare, ebt cards, medicaid, cell phones, are just some of the government hand outs that everyday millions of americans depend on to get by, however we do realize that the constitution never mentions any of these governent programs, neither does it allow them, but, we the people feel hard economic times are on citizens, law abiding and otherwise, therfore we ask you, mr president to bend the rules of the constitution to offer huge government subsidies availible to medium to low income house holds to aid in obtaining handguns and ar-15 assult rifles, in doing so, you will be promoting the seconed admendment, and helping average amercians protect themselves and their families. thank you and God bless
