Provide a monthly food card for veterans released from their armed forces commitment with an honorably discharged. This entitlement is directed towards the mentally ill, transients, homeless, and destitute veterans. Provided as a separate entitlement from any other benefits the veterans receive.
The food card will be ristricted to United States and its Territories.
