The United States currently provides Foregin Aid to approximately 91 countries of which despise us and would do anything they can to kill Americans and undermine our Constitutional values. There is one central Foreign Aid pot from which distribution is made to all countries. We should provide aid on a country by country basis. We should not be providing Foreign Aid to countries such as Iran, China, Russia etc.
