Please provide a framework of law that will make the digital footprint of Citizens of the United States protected and private.

This must include a definition of what is considered private and not private information.

This must provide an enforcement mechanism for the private information to continue to be private.

This must provide for stated private information to be broadly defined and include, but not be limited to: All aspects of Digital Communication of various forms. Usage of non public databases to access publicly available information, the storage of personal information in non public databases.

Provide for a process for the Govt. to obtain stated private information on an Individual basis and on what grounds, with notice to the Individual that such info has been requested
