Provide Free Access to Legal Processes and Court Systems which guarantee our rights as American Citizens.

The court systems of the United States are designed around the ability to pay for services. If we are in need of defense we are allowed a public defender, but if our rights are being stepped on by an individual or by a governmental authority such as a local county tax board, only the rich have rights under the law because only the rich can afford to pay for legal services. We the American Citizens need equal rights under the law to use the court systems without regard to cost. If we can not use the courts without paying, then, the only people who have rights are those who can pay, and the rest of us just have privileges, not rights. We the people need equal access, no matter what our income status, to the courts, From the lowest courts to the U.S Supreme Court.
