All children should be able to receive warm, nutritious food at a place they are required by law to be. We provide that basic need to every criminal in the world, why not our children? Children cannot control what their parents spend their income on. By not providing free meals to all children, you are assuming all parents will do the right thing with the money they earn. History has proven what assuming things will do for you. Please let all children eat breakfast and lunch for free at school on school days.
