PROVIDE FREE COLLEGE EDUCATION TO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WHO GRADUATE WITH A 4.0 GPA FROM A PROGRAM WITH RIGOROUS COURSES.

Created by P.C. on January 18, 2013

While there is college funding made available for students who come from poverty stricken homes, most working families must take on debt to help pay for their child's college.

If a child takes Honors and AP courses in high school and maintains a 4.0 Grade Point Average, this petition advocates that the Federal government provide a college education leading to a Bachelor's degree to any high achieving graduating senior regardless of the family's financial need, as long as the parental gross income is less than $500,000.00 per year.
