Despite the GI BIll , many Veterans still have to pay out of pocket for education. So why not allow for WAR veterans to receive a free 4 year college degree of their choice. After all our Prisoners who break the law in our country get a free degree in prison. So let's do it for those who put their lives on the line to uphold our way of life.
