Request that the Federal Government offer free Federal Voter Identification Cards to anyone who requests them in states that have enacted restrictive Voter Identification Laws since the recent Supreme Court decision which invalidated parts of the Voting Rights Act. The costs of these IDs should be deducted from any Federal Funds destined for each state, to include Disaster Relief, Homeland Defense, and Election Assistance Funds.
