Disagreement over the meaning and scope of the US Constitution and its Amendments is an important part of the political process in this country, and such disagreements are to be resolved by the Supreme Court. However, as evidenced by the number of signatures on several petitions here, many NRA members suffer from the delusion that any disagreement with their opinion of the meaning of the Second Amendment is an impeachable offense. We call on the Administration to request that Congress add annual psychiatric screening for delusional thinking by NRA members to the list of preventive services that health insurers must cover without any deductible.
