Provide free public community colleges for those interested in furthering their education, but lack the proper funding.

We the people feel that the current system of higher education unfairly limits those in poverty and those who may not of led a strong academic life, but want a chance to further their education. Given that we offer free, public schooling to students K-12th, we feel that opening up the educational opportunities of impoverished individuals on the college level is the proper way to go. This has the possibility of not only stimulating the intellect of many in our society, but may turn out to be a key job creator in the education field.
