The United States and Mexico are the only countries of the 34 members of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) that do not have universal health care.
Low cost health care offered through insurance companies has severe limitations and the premiums are constantly increased while benefits become more limited.
We already have a health care system in place, Medicaid, which is widely used and understood. It should be made available to everyone who wants it.
