Bill Arnold escaped from Georgia state prison more than 30 years ago. He took a plea deal on advice from counsel and was sentenced to 16 years of hard labor.
Since his escape, he has lived a quiet life in Kentucky and has been actively involved in his community. Neighbors, friends, and others all seem unanimous in endorsing Bill's character and contributions. Bill is 67 and not in particularly good health.
This petition calls on President Obama to grant a full pardon to Bill.
